How? 1. Read this post. 2. Copy and paste this link: http://bit.ly/ZVVAib 3. Sign up for this class. You can do it! This is my diploma! I’m now a proud graduate of the Children’s Picture Book Academy or CPB. I took a class from the picture book whisperer herself, Mira Reisburg. My class was called The Craft and Business of Writing Children’s Picture Books, or CPB CBWPB It was one of the best writing classes I’ve taken. Why? I took online classes, so convenient! I could read about the daily topic, watch a video, do some homework, and best of all get my work critiqued…priceless! So here’s Mira’s next class. I’d take it…if only I could draw, no LOL! I’m tempted, but I’m better off spending my time writing. But if you love children’s books, and you can draw, this is the perfect class for you. It’s 6 weeks with lots of learning. If your schedule is busy, do what you can, and save the rest for later. You will learn so much! I imagine it’s a lot like the writing version I took, with a daily topic, videos, homework, critique groups, and a private Facebook group…. Really who could ask for anything more? LOL! Me! I’d ask for the drawing fairy to grant me a wish. Hey, that could be a story idea, no LOL! Need a scholarship? Not a problem. Mira has them. Just click on the link to learn more. The only problem…you only have till June 18th to get your application in. Good luck! Someone has to win one. Why not you? Need the information again? No problem…here it is: 1. Read this post. 2. Copy and paste this link: http://bit.ly/ZVVAib 3. Sign up for this class. You can do it! 4. Need a scholarship. Apply before June 18. 5. The link: http://bit.ly/illoSchol @Mira Reisberg #CBICB18 PS- Teachers, this is a great post to use with your students to analyze persuasive writing. If I did a good job, Mira will pick up more students. Fingers crossed!

AuthorWhen I write, I can only have one voice in my head, mine. A little noise is fine. But too much, or worse yet, WORDS, and I must change rooms or pull out headphones. Then I can write on! Categories
